Red Hood IT

Following a lead of mysterious children disappearances, Jason Todd aka The Red Hood stumbles upon a deep and dark secret that will shake Gotham City to it’s core.

“Red Hood IT” is part of our new “Robot Underdog Presents” series where we feature other independent filmmakers! Our goal with this series is to support other indie filmmakers and nerds like us by providing a platform to show their films! Anyone can submit – even you!

This fan film is a mashup where the underbelly of Gotham’s most treacherous villains can all be traced to one evil source, Stephen King’s Pennywise the clown (or IT). IT is preying on Gotham’s citizen’s fear and ex Robin, Jason Todd (now the Red Hood) is the only one tracking Pennywise down, with the intent to kill.

The Dog and Pony Show created score, sound design, Foley and the mix on this crazy mashup of superheroes and horror! The film started in the hands of two incredible indie film makers right in Vegas, Hisonni Johnson and Alberto Triana. No stranger to fan films, Hisonni has won awards for his work on “Grayson: Earth One” garnering 205,329 views on YouTube. This project also features Danny Shepherd and Noel Schefflin of the popular YouTube channel Ismahawk. They are reprising the roles of Nightwing and Red Hood originally played in Ismahawk’s “Nightwing: The Series” which received over 1,000,000 views on YouTube.

Written, directed and shot by Hisonni Johnson and Alberto Triana, and starring Noel Schefflin as Jason Todd, Pennywise The Clown by Jeremy Boone, Veronica Mitsuk as Beverly Marsh, and Danny Shepard as Nightwing aka Dick Grayson. Set design by Jeff Zampino, edited by Hisonni Johnson with sound design and music by John McClain, James Von Boldt, Zaiaku and Dog and Pony Studio, and costume design by Guy Caldwell and Garagefx.
