Jimmy Wong brings together YouTube veterans for musical web series, Band Aid.

Jimmy Wong, YouTuber and star of the critically acclaimed hit web series Video Game High School, embarks on a high-fantasy comedic journey with his new series, Band Aid.

The Band Aid series will bring YouTube digital veterans and new talent together in an original musical comedy. Developed by Wong, Squaresville creator and director Matt Enlow is set to co-direct the series. The cast of Band Aid includes Jimmy Wong, Abbe Drake, Clinton Jones, Adam Roth, and Video Game High School favorites Chase Williamson, Joey Scoma and Ellary Porterfield, with exciting additions yet to be announced.

In an effort to make this series a reality, an Indiegogo campaign for Band Aid has been launched by Jimmy Wong. As part of this campaign, backers will get a chance to win a 2014 Chevy Spark and 2014 Sea-Doo Spark, made possible by an incredible winning streak on The Price Is Right by Wong last March. The Band Aid creative team believes the Indiegogo platform presents the best opportunity to support independent projects– and it’s not every day that a project gives away a brand new car!

About Band Aid
Set in present day Los Angeles, Band Aid is a musical comedy about four ex-bandmates reunited under strange circumstances. When lead singer, Chase (Wong), learns that fellow band member and long-time crush, Jo (Drake), is moving away, he pledges to do whatever it takes to get her back. Power struggles, envy, and betrayal all play their parts in this wild ride filled with musical numbers, big laughs, and burgeoning chemistry. Whether it’s a rock song to drive the crowd wild or a West Side Story inspired chase sequence, each song in Band Aid will be unique and filled with fun while keeping it musically sound.
